The calendar

The calendar is your working diary. It shows your appointments and lets you manage your day at a glance.

Day, week and month

Switch between day, week and month views depending on what you need. Day view is the detailed clinic-floor view; week gives you the shape of your week; month is for the bigger picture and planning ahead.

Drawers

Click an appointment to open a drawer from the side with its full detail: the patient, the treatment, payment status and quick actions. The drawer keeps you on the calendar rather than navigating away, so you can deal with one appointment and move straight to the next.

Day statuses

Each day can carry a status that tells you at a glance how it stands, for example whether you are on shift, off, or fully booked. This makes it easy to scan ahead and spot the days that need attention.

Working the diary

• Use day view during clinic and week view to plan.
• Open the drawer to see and act on any appointment without losing your place.
• Glance at day statuses to find gaps or busy days quickly.
