Exporting your diary to a spreadsheet
Sometimes you want the diary out of the app: a printed day list for the front desk, a week of appointments to check against another system, or a simple record for your own files.
Exporting
- Open the Calendar in day or week view, on the day or week you want.
- Press Export diary (CSV) in the toolbar.
- A CSV file downloads, named after the range, for example
diary-2026-07-02.csvfor a day ordiary-2026-06-29_to_2026-07-05.csvfor a week. Open it in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
What is in the file
One row per appointment, sorted by date and start time, with columns for date, start, end, patient, treatment, practitioner, status, source and notes. The source column tells you whether the booking came from staff or from your online booking page, which is a quick way to see how much of your diary books itself.
Cancelled appointments
The export follows what you are looking at: cancelled appointments are left out unless Show cancelled is ticked in the toolbar, in which case they are included with their status marked cancelled.
Why not in month view?
The month view loads a deliberately compact summary to stay fast, so the export button only appears in day and week views, where the full detail is loaded. For a whole month, export it week by week, or use the one-click full export in Settings > Data if you want everything.
