Promo codes and gift vouchers

Promo codes and gift vouchers let you run offers and sell prepaid value, both redeemable at the point of booking.

Promo codes

Create a code that gives a discount when a patient enters it during checkout. Use them for launch offers, seasonal promotions or to reward referrals. The discount is applied to the booking total before payment is taken.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are prepaid value a patient can buy and then redeem against a booking, perfect for the patient who wants to treat someone else. The voucher's balance is applied at checkout in the same way as a code.

Using them

1. Set up your codes and vouchers in the relevant settings.
2. Share a promo code in your marketing, or sell a voucher to a patient.
3. The patient enters the code or voucher when booking, and the value comes off the total.

Keeping track

Redemptions flow through to your finance records, so the discount or voucher value is reflected accurately in what you have actually taken.

Money off in person

Promo codes are for patients booking online. To reduce a price yourself at the appointment, a model rate or a goodwill gesture, use an in-clinic discount instead: see applying a discount in clinic.
