Your migration page during a managed move
If we are moving your records for you, the Your migration page shows exactly where things stand at every moment, so you are never left wondering.
The five stages
A progress stepper across the top tracks the whole move: Planned, In progress, Your review, Signed off and Complete. Completed stages get a tick; the current one is highlighted.
What we're moving
Below the stepper, a checklist covers each kind of data:
- Treatment menu & pricing
- Patients
- Appointment history
- Future bookings
- Deposits, balances & vouchers
- Consent documents
- Photos
- Forms & templates
Each item carries a status chip (Not started, In progress, Imported, Confirmed, or Not needed) and, where counts are known, a running tally such as 412 of 500 moved. The page also shows which platform you are moving from and, once agreed, your switch-over day.
Starting a managed move
If the page says No migration in progress and you are switching from another platform, email hello@aestheticlinic.io. We run the whole move for you: patients, bookings, consent documents and photos, with nothing lost and your diary never dark.
When everything is in, the move enters Your review and it is your turn to check the records; see the article on signing off your migration.
