Where the money goes when a patient pays online
When a patient pays a deposit or full payment at booking, the charge is taken directly on your own Stripe account, not ours. Stripe then pays the money out to your bank on your normal Stripe payout schedule.
What we take, and what we do not
- 0% commission to us on your treatment revenue. We never take a percentage of what your patients pay you.
- A small platform booking fee may apply per paid booking. Where it applies, it is shown transparently at checkout, either as a separate line the patient pays or absorbed by the clinic, depending on how your account is set up.
- Stripe's card processing fees are Stripe's own. Stripe charges its standard processing fee on each payment, as it would for any card payment you take anywhere. That fee goes to Stripe, not to us.
Seeing your money
Because payments land in your own Stripe account, you can see every charge and payout there. From Settings > Integrations, use Manage on Stripe to open your Stripe dashboard. Inside AesthetiClinic, each online payment is also recorded against the patient and appointment automatically, so your finance reporting matches what Stripe has taken.
Deposits and no-show fees too
Everything charged through the booking flow, deposits, full payments and any no-show or late-cancellation fees, settles to the same place: your own Stripe account.
