Choose which treatments each location offers

If you work from more than one location, you can now choose which treatments each one offers, and put an extra shift on a particular location. Nothing you have already set up has changed: every location still offers your whole menu until you say otherwise.

What's new

• Settings, Locations, Treatments offered here. Leave it on Every treatment, or pick Only the ones I choose and tick the treatments that location offers. Your online booking page then shows only those treatments there.
• Shifts, Location (extra shifts only). An extra shift can now be put on a location, so patients can book that location only on the days someone is actually there. Those hours come off the other locations that day.
• The diary. On All locations, a new appointment made during someone's working time at another location now starts with that location selected.

What you might want to do

Nothing, if every location offers everything. If one location offers only some treatments, set it in Settings, Locations. You can do this on an archived location before you restore it, so it never goes live offering your whole menu.
