What patients see when they book online

It is worth knowing exactly what your patients go through, so you can answer questions and spot anything you want to polish.

Step 1: your treatment menu

The patient lands on your booking page and sees your logo, accent colour and any Booking page information you have written (parking, arrival instructions and so on). Treatments are grouped by category with descriptions, durations and prices (unless you hide prices). The page also shows your bookable practitioners and, if you have published reviews, a star rating with recent comments, both of which do a lot of quiet reassurance.

Step 2: picking a time

They choose a treatment and land on the first date that has availability, with a Next available note if that is not today. Date chips and time slots reflect your shifts, buffers, minimum notice and booking window.

Step 3: confirming and paying

On the confirm step they enter their details, answer How did you hear about us? (your list from Settings > Clinic, asked once per new patient), and can opt in to email and text marketing. A discreet Have a promo or voucher code? link opens the code field. Depending on your payment mode they pay a deposit, the full amount, or choose between the two, on a secure Stripe payment page. A short note explains that the deposit secures the appointment and comes off the treatment price.

After booking

They land on a confirmation page, the appointment appears in your calendar, and if you have set a notification address in Settings > Clinic (Email me when an online booking is made), you get an email too.
