Setting up prepaid packages

A package is a prepaid course of sessions bought upfront, for example a course of three anti-wrinkle treatments at a bundle price, redeemed one session at a time. Packages bring cash in early and commit the patient to completing their course with you.

Creating a package

1. Go to Settings > Memberships (owners only) and scroll to the Packages section.
2. Fill in the form: a Package name (for example Course of 3 Anti-wrinkle), the Treatment it applies to (or leave it as Any treatment), the number of Sessions, the total Price, and optionally how many days it is Valid for.
3. Press Add package.

Each package in the list shows its sessions, treatment and price. Deactivate stops new sales without affecting packages patients already hold; Reactivate brings it back.

Tying a package to a treatment

Choosing a specific treatment keeps redemption unambiguous: a course of three of that treatment is three of that treatment. "Any treatment" packages are more flexible but need a little more discipline at the desk about what counts as a session.

Validity periods

A validity period, say 365 days, gives the patient a fair window while protecting you from a session being redeemed years later at today's prices. Leave it blank for no expiry.
