One-click full export

You can download your clinic's supported export datasets as a ZIP of readable CSV files, photos and documents.

What you get

The ZIP includes patient, treatment, form, appointment and payment datasets, with related records from the export's table list. It is not a copy of every table or setting in your clinic.

Prescriptions and ID checks are included when the exporting owner has clinical access. If they are omitted, related audit entries are omitted too and export-info.txt explains this.

Each table has a 50,000-row limit. Stored files are limited to 500 files and around 200MB, with a time budget as well. Check the summary and any incomplete manifests before relying on the ZIP.

How to export

1. As an owner, open Settings > Data & export.
2. Press Download full export (ZIP) and wait for the download.
3. Open export-info.txt. If MANIFEST-TRUNCATED.txt or MANIFEST-INCOMPLETE-TABLES.txt is present, read it and contact support for the missing data at no charge.

An export is logged in the audit trail. Your clinic can run up to five an hour, with one running at a time. If other exports are being prepared, the app may ask you to try again in a minute.

The ZIP downloads while the export is being prepared. Keep the download running until it finishes. If ERROR.txt is present, the export stopped part-way through: read it and export-info.txt, then retry or contact support. Any partly downloaded stored file is named in MANIFEST-TRUNCATED.txt; use a complete copy before relying on that file.

Our data-freedom promise

The export remains available when your trial ends or billing makes the app read-only. Check the ZIP's scope and completeness, and contact support if you need additional records to leave the service.
