Inviting your team

You can add as many team members as you need. Each person gets their own login and their own diary, and you control what they can do.

Sending an invite

1. Go to Settings > Team.
2. Create an invite. The app generates a short invite code.
3. Share the code with your colleague. They sign up, enter the code, and they are added straight to your clinic.

Invite codes are tied to your clinic, so a new member always joins the right place. A code can only be used to join once.

Roles

Each team member has a role that controls their access. Practitioners can run their own diaries and treat patients. Owners and admins can additionally manage settings, billing and team membership.

Mark a team member as a prescriber if they are qualified to approve prescriptions. Only prescribers can approve and send prescriptions.

Removing someone

If a team member leaves, set their status to inactive from the same Team page. Their past records and treatment history stay intact for your audit trail, but they can no longer sign in.
