To be eligible for prescribed GLP-1 treatment you MUST have:
1. A BMI 30+ or 2. A BMI of 27+ AND a weight related condition (eg high blood pressure, high cholesterol, osteoarthritis, PCOS, obstructive sleep apnoea etc) . Treatment is NOT suitable for those with: >diabetes, >a personal or family history of thyroid cancer or unstable/uncontrolled thyroid disease , >currently pregnant, breast-feeding, trying to conceive, or undergoing IVF >a history of pancreas, liver, gallbladder, or kidney disease
