Terms & Conditions Please read these terms carefully before booking. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms: • Appointments are booked online- patients must provide accurate personal details when booking. Each patient must have their own account and email address. • Appointments require a booking fee to reserve your appointment. The booking fee is deducted from the cost of treatment on the day. • Booking fees are non-refundable but may be transferred, a maximum of once, to a new appointment if cancelled or rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance. • You can reschedule and amend your booking via the booking confirmation email, or patient portal. • Cancellations or rescheduling requested within 72 hours of the appointment will result in the booking fee being retained to cover the cost of the appointment window which cannot be offered to other patients. In the event of failure to attend your appointment without any notice- 50% of the final appointment cost will be invoiced to patients. Payment can be made with card or bank transfer. • We are unable to process cancellations or appointment changes via social media. • Consent forms will be sent before your appointment and must be reviewed in advance, so any questions can be asked and the signs formed in clinic. If you have not read these in full before your appointment, we may not be able to treat you on the day. • Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for your appointment. Late arrival, especially beyond 10 minutes, may mean we cannot perform the scheduled service on the day. If this is the case the booking fee with be forfeit and we will ask you to book another appointment, requiring a new booking fee. We will not risk patient safety by rushing procedures or running late where avoidable. • Patients must be aged 18 years or over. Children under 18 should not attend appointments unless accompanied by another responsible adult who can supervise them in the waiting room. Children under 18 will not be permitted in the treatment or consultation rooms for insurance purposes. Anti-Wrinkle Treatment Reviews • A complimentary review appointment is available between 14 and 28 days following anti-wrinkle treatment should a minor adjustment be required. • Patients are responsible for contacting the clinic via email (hello@drvictoriani.com) to book this review within the timeframe, if required. • Reviews are a medical appointments with a doctor to assess your response to treatment with a prescription medication. Patients are responsible for making arrangements to ensure they can attend the available appointment times offered by the clinic during opening hours. The clinic is not responsible for scheduling a review at a time that suits the patient, and will offer a maximum of 3 suitable dates/times only. • Review requests after 28 days, missed review appointments, or reviews cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice will incur a £30 review fee. • Consultation fees are non-refundable and cover the doctor’s/practitioner’s time, expertise and clinical assessment. • Clinical photographs are required before treatment and form part of your confidential medical record. Treatment cannot proceed without them. • Although rare, some procedures can result in a range of well-documented complications. Some patients may specifically be subject to a higher risk factor than others. The doctor, of course, will treat these to the best of their ability; many of these complications can be managed simply and conservatively. If you are urgently required to see our doctor, you may be asked to travel to one of our clinics to be examined. • In the very unlikely event of a more serious complication and the need of further treatment outside of our expertise, arrangements will be made for you to be treated by the NHS or if you wish, privately at your own cost. It is unlikely that private medical insurance would cover treatment or complication from cosmetic work. • The clinic will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the patient.
