Terms & Conditions By booking an appointment with Aestive Lab, you agree to the following terms. Appointments & reservation fees A booking reservation fee may be required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from the cost of your treatment where applicable. Online appointments require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. For appointments within 48 hours, please contact the clinic directly to enquire about availability. Cancellations & rescheduling Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Where at least 48 hours’ notice is provided, your reservation fee may be refunded or transferred in accordance with our booking policy. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend, may result in the reservation fee being retained. A new reservation fee may be required before another appointment can be booked. Late arrivals Please arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce the time available for your appointment or mean that treatment needs to be rescheduled. Where an appointment cannot proceed due to late arrival, the reservation fee may be retained. Consultation & treatment suitability All treatments are subject to consultation and suitability assessment. Booking and paying a reservation fee does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be suitable or carried out. Treatment plans, products and expected outcomes are individual and will be discussed during consultation. Aestive Lab reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment where it is considered inappropriate or where further assessment is required. Please provide accurate and complete information regarding your medical history, medications, allergies and any changes relevant to your treatment. Results & follow-up Individual results vary and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Where appropriate, aftercare instructions will be provided and should be followed carefully. Please contact the clinic if you have any concerns following treatment. Courses & packages Where treatments are purchased as a course or package, appointments remain subject to availability, suitability and the terms applicable at the time of purchase. Courses and packages are for the named client and are not transferable unless agreed by the clinic. Prices Prices displayed are current guide prices and may be updated. Where a treatment is advertised as “from” a particular price, the final cost will depend on the individual treatment plan and will be discussed before treatment. Gift vouchers Gift vouchers are subject to their stated validity period and may not be exchanged for cash. Treatment remains subject to consultation and suitability. Photography & records Clinical photographs may be required as part of your treatment record where appropriate. Any separate use of identifiable photographs for marketing or promotional purposes will require appropriate consent.
