By creating an account you agree to our Subscription Agreement, Terms and Privacy Policy. Any balance a patient holds with your clinic, such as membership credit, top-ups or gift vouchers, is money your clinic owes that patient. It is collected on your own Stripe account, paid out to your bank and never held by us.
