Your free trial and subscribing

You start on a 14-day free trial so you can set everything up and try it with real patients. You add a card when you sign up, but nothing is charged until the trial ends.

The trial

During the trial you have full access to every feature. A small countdown in the app shows how many days are left, and a reminder appears in the last week so the end never takes you by surprise.

After the trial

AesthetiClinic costs £25 plus VAT per month, per practitioner. When the trial ends your subscription starts automatically on the card you added and renews monthly until you cancel. If you need to change that card before the first charge (a new business account, say), use Manage billing in Settings > Billing; it is available throughout the trial, not only once you are subscribed. Change or cancel any time from Settings > Billing — cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

If a payment ever fails

Nothing is deleted. The app simply becomes read-only. You and your team can still sign in and view patient records, the dashboard and your history; update your card in Settings > Billing to restore full access.

Your data is always yours

Even in read-only mode, the full data export stays available. You can download everything at any time from Settings > Data. We never hold your records hostage.
