Your free listing in the AesthetiClinic directory

AesthetiClinic can give your clinic a free public profile on aestheticlinic.io, our directory of verified clinics. It is off until you switch it on, and you can remove it at any time.

What it is

The directory is a public page that shows your clinic to people searching for treatments in your area. Every button on it sends the patient straight to your own booking page or your phone. AesthetiClinic never sits between you and your patient, and never charges a booking fee.

Switching it on or off

1. Go to Settings > Clinic and find the Online booking policy section.
2. Tick List my clinic in the AesthetiClinic directory, then click Save booking policy.
3. To come off the directory, untick the same box and save. Your listing is removed.

While you are here, add your Clinic website in the same section so your profile can link back to your own site.

What patients see

Your profile shows only marketing details:

• Your clinic name, logo and tagline.
• Each location, with its town, address and opening hours.
• Your treatment categories, each with a "from" price. If you have ticked Hide prices on the booking page, prices are hidden here too.
• Your verified patient reviews, with the star rating and the name option each patient chose.
• A link to your own website, and a link to your Google reviews when you have set a review link in Settings > Messaging.
• A Book button to your booking page and, where you have added a clinic phone number, a Call button.

Bookings are tracked

When someone reaches your booking page from the directory, the link is tagged as coming from the directory and recorded against the appointment. That means you can tell which bookings started life on your directory profile, rather than guessing.

No patient data is ever published

The directory only ever carries the marketing-safe fields above. It never publishes patient names, emails or phone numbers, your internal records, or any payment details. Reviews are shown exactly as the patient chose to appear (their first name, their initials, or simply "Verified patient"), and only reviews left through AesthetiClinic are shown. Your own Google review content is never copied across; the profile only carries the link you have set, so patients can go and read your Google reviews for themselves.

Region pages

As well as its own profile, your clinic appears on the directory's page for its region, worked out from your location's postcode; a region page appears once it has a listed clinic. Your profile headline pairs your clinic name with your town, which is what people actually type when they search.

When a listing comes down on its own

A listing stays up while your subscription is in good standing, including throughout a free trial. If a subscription lapses, the listing is taken down automatically and comes back when billing is restored; nothing else changes and you do not need to re-tick anything.
