Your free directory listing

AesthetiClinic can give your clinic a free public profile on aestheticlinic.io, our directory of verified clinics. It is off until you switch it on, and you can remove it at any time.

What it is

The directory is a public page that shows your clinic to people searching for treatments in your area. It supplies links to your booking page and, where you have entered a clinic phone number, your phone. Your directory listing has no separate listing charge. Booking reservation fees and any other fees shown at checkout are separate from the listing.

Switching it on or off

1. As the clinic owner, go to Settings, Clinic and find the Online booking policy section.
2. Tick List my clinic in the AesthetiClinic directory, then click Save booking policy.
3. To come off the directory, untick the same box and save. Your listing is removed.

While you are here, add your Clinic website in the same section so your profile can link back to your own site.

What patients see

Your profile shows only marketing details:

• Your clinic name, logo and tagline.
• Each location, with its town, address and opening hours.
• Your treatment categories, each with a "from" price. If you have ticked Hide prices on the booking page, prices are hidden here too.
• Public practitioner details, including name, title, credentials, short bio and photo, for eligible online-bookable team members. This is on by default; untick Show my practitioners on my directory profile to remove them.
• Verified patient reviews, where available, with the star rating and the name option each patient chose.
• If you have connected your Google listing in Settings, Reviews: your Google rating and review count, and up to five Google reviews chosen by Google, exactly as written.
• A link to your own website, and a link to your Google reviews when you have a review link set in Settings, Reviews.
• A Book button to your booking page and, where you have added a clinic phone number, a Call button.

Bookings are tracked

When someone reaches your booking page from the directory, the link is tagged as coming from the directory and recorded against the appointment. That means you can tell which bookings started life on your directory profile, rather than guessing.

Patient records stay private

The directory feed carries the public marketing fields above, including public practitioner profiles. It does not expose patients' record identifiers, emails or phone numbers, internal clinical records or payment details. Reviews left through AesthetiClinic are shown exactly as the patient chose to appear (their first name, their initials, or simply "Verified patient").

The available Google reviews, up to five, are shown together or not at all, in Google's own order and wording: Google's terms do not allow picking or hiding individual ones. To show only your Google rating and count, untick Show my Google reviews on my directory profile in Settings, Reviews and press Save.

Region pages

Keep your location's address, town and postcode up to date. The directory feed supplies these details together with your clinic's country so the site can place your clinic correctly.

When a listing comes down on its own

A listing stays up while your subscription is in good standing, including throughout a free trial. A payment problem can take your listing down as soon as the subscription becomes past due, even while the app remains usable. Closed or cancelled accounts are also removed. When billing eligibility is restored, your saved listing choice applies again, so you do not need to re-tick it.
