Limit a team member to their own diary

Nothing you have set up has changed. This is a new option for clinic owners.

What's new

You can now limit a team member to their own diary. Open them in Settings > Team, tick Own diary only under Access and press Save access. They then see and manage only their own appointments and diary blocks.

It is available for team members who take appointments and are not an owner, and it cannot be combined with Finance and reports. Patient records follow their existing permissions.
