A new processor for the optional AI scribe

From Monday 12 October 2026 a clinician at your clinic can choose to use Heidi Health's AI scribe inside the patient record. If they do, the consultation audio, transcript and drafted note are handled by Heidi Health Ltd (UK, stored in the UK) under our contract with them, so Heidi is one of our sub-processors. Nothing is sent unless a clinician opens Heidi, each clinician links their own Heidi login first, and the drafted note comes back to the record for the clinician to check.

The same annex lists AssemblyAI and Amazon Web Services for our own scribe, added on 19 September; neither has received any data yet.

The updated agreement (version 1.5) is at aestheticlinic.io/dpa. There is nothing to accept. If you object, reply to the email we sent your account address before Friday 9 October 2026 and we will not switch the scribe on for your clinic.
