A small change to our subscription agreement
Nothing about your account, your price or how you use AesthetiClinic changes. We have added two lines to our subscription agreement to write down something that has always been true about money your patients pay you.
What has changed
- Section 8, your responsibilities. Any balance a patient holds with you, such as membership credit, prepaid top-ups or gift vouchers, is collected on your own Stripe account and paid out to your bank. We never hold it. That balance is money your clinic owes the patient, and you set the terms on it, including any expiry.
- Section 9, what the service is not. AesthetiClinic does not hold, process or safeguard money on your behalf. Patient payments are made to you, on your own Stripe account.
Why now
Memberships that add credit to a patient's account each month are coming to every clinic shortly, so we want the agreement to say this plainly before anyone takes a membership payment.
When it applies
Version 1.1 takes effect on 16 October 2026. This is the 30 days' notice set out in section 19 of the agreement, and you may cancel before that date if you do not accept it. There is nothing you need to do otherwise.
You can read the full agreement at aestheticlinic.io/subscription-agreement. If you have any questions, reply to any email from us and it comes straight to Connor.
