What's new this week
Last updated
Nothing you've set up has changed. Here's what's new or improved since 12 October.
In the treatment room
- With clinical access, Medical history in one click from the appointment, the visit map and the Clinical tab.
- Vial photos for any product on the visit map: toxin, filler or anything else.
- More than one ICD-11 indication code on a treatment record and a prescription request.
- Patch test rules for owners under Settings > Devices, with clearer patch test cards and a Remove the clearance option.
Texts and messages
- Birthday greetings now go out from 8am UK time, and a patient is only ever greeted once a year.
- Birthday and rebooking texts carry an Opt out link. Using it stops marketing only, not appointment reminders. A STOP reply still stops all texts; emails are unaffected.
- A patient who replies Cancel or End to a text is treated like STOP, and the reply now reaches you in Messages so you can check whether they meant their appointment.
- The Appointment moved email and text now have separate switches in Settings > Messaging.
Mailchimp, erasure and exports
- Mailchimp sync now sends opted-in patients in batches, up to 10,000 per run. Duplicate addresses are removed, and the card shows how many Mailchimp didn't accept.
- Erasing a patient also clears any booking-block reason and their Automated messages note.
- The full data export now streams, so it is more reliable for large clinics.
