Finding your way around the patient record

The patient record is laid out as three panes on a large screen, designed for use in the treatment room. On a phone or tablet it stacks into a single column in the same order.

Left: safety first

The left rail holds Alerts, and it stays pinned in view as you scroll. If the patient has a critical alert, the whole panel turns red so it cannot be missed. Any unresolved complications appear just below the alerts as an amber banner; click it to jump straight to the complications section.

Centre: the working record

The centre column is the record itself, top to bottom:

  • Demographics and Consent flags.
  • Account credit and Memberships & packages.
  • Notes, with pinning for the ones that must stay visible.
  • Forms sent to this patient and their status.
  • Treatment records, each expandable to show notes and the product lines used.
  • Complications and recent Messages sent to the patient.

Right: photos

The right rail is the Photos panel: take or upload photos, tag them as before, after or other, and open the Before / after comparison view.

The header

The top of the record shows the patient's name, age, VIP badge if set, when they registered, and a link showing their upcoming and past appointment counts. The Archive patient button also lives here.
