Setting up your clinic

When you first sign in, the setup wizard walks you through everything needed to start taking bookings. It has six steps and you can leave and come back at any point. Your progress is saved as you go.

The six steps

1. Clinic details. Your clinic name, address and contact details. These appear on your public booking page and on patient messages.
2. Your booking page link. Choose the slug for your public page, for example your-slug. This becomes the address patients use to book.
3. Treatments. Add the treatments you offer, each with a price and duration. These become the bookable services on your page.
4. Shifts. Set the hours you work. Online booking only offers slots that fall inside a shift, so this controls what patients can see.
5. Payments. Connect Stripe so you can take booking reservation fees or full payments at the time of booking. You can do this later if you prefer.
6. Review. A final summary so you can check everything before you go live.

After the wizard

None of these choices are locked in. Treatments, shifts and your booking link can all be changed later from the relevant pages in the app. The wizard simply gets you to a working clinic as quickly as possible.

If a step is incomplete, the dashboard shows a reminder so nothing is forgotten before you share your booking link.
