Settings → Resources covers two housekeeping tools:

Resources

Rooms, machines or other equipment that treatments depend on — a laser, a treatment room, a hydrafacial machine. Define each resource and link it to the treatments that need it, and the booking system won't double-book the resource even when two practitioners are free at the same time. If you're a single-room clinic, one "Treatment room" resource linked to everything effectively caps you at one appointment at a time.

ICD indication codes

Standardised indication codes you can attach to treatment records, useful for insurers and for clinics that report clinical activity formally. Optional — most aesthetic clinics only need them if their insurer or a scheme they belong to asks.
