Chasing outstanding forms

Forms only protect you when they come back signed. The Outstanding forms page shows every form sent to a patient and not yet completed, so nothing due tomorrow slips through.

Finding it

Open Forms → Outstanding forms, or press the Forms awaiting completion tile on your dashboard. Your dashboard's red-flags panel also names any form still missing for the next 24 hours of appointments.

Reading the list

Forms are ordered by how soon they are needed: upcoming appointments first, then forms with no appointment attached. Requests belonging to past or cancelled appointments are folded away behind a toggle so the list stays focused on what you can still act on. Opened means the patient has looked at the form but not finished it; Sent means they have not opened it at all.

What you can do from here

• Copy link puts the form's link on your clipboard, ready to paste into a text or message of your own.
• Open opens the form on your device, so you can hand a tablet to the patient in clinic.
• Cancel withdraws the request. The link stops working and the form leaves your counts. Use it when the paperwork was done on paper in clinic, or a form was sent in error. Cancelling a request never touches anything already signed.

The chase runs itself

You rarely need to send anything by hand from here: any outstanding form is automatically included in the patient's appointment reminder emails. This page is for seeing where things stand, handing a device over on the day, and clearing requests that no longer apply.
