Charting injections on a face or body map

Every treatment record can carry an injection map: a visual chart of exactly where you injected, with the product, dose, batch and depth recorded against each point. It replaces a paragraph of written description with a diagram an insurer, colleague or future-you can read at a glance.

Starting a map

1. On the patient's record, add a treatment record as usual and choose Save & chart map — you land straight on the map for that record. (An existing record's map is behind the Add map / View map link on its row.)
2. Pick your base: face front, face profile, lips close-up, body front — or one of the patient's own photos, so you chart on their actual face.
3. Tap each injection site to drop a point, and record against it: product, quantity and unit, batch number and expiry, needle or cannula, injection depth, and a note.

What happens when you sign

Signing the record locks it permanently — the map and its points become read-only, which is what makes it solid evidence for insurers and regulators. The mapped products are also written to the record's product lines and deducted from your stock, so one charting session covers your clinical record, batch traceability and stock count together.

Follow-ups and top-ups

Each visit gets its own record and its own map. A locked map is never edited — a top-up two weeks later is a new record with a fresh map, and the patient's history builds into a visit-by-visit series you can look back through.
