Hiding prices on your booking page

Some clinics prefer not to publish prices, for example where treatment plans are bespoke or pricing follows a consultation. You can hide prices from the public while keeping online booking fully working.

Turning it on

1. Go to Settings > Clinic and open the Online booking policy section.
2. Tick Hide prices on the booking page.
3. Press Save booking policy.

What changes

• The public booking page shows treatments with durations but no prices.
• The embedded pricing list on your own website hides prices too, showing durations only.
• Prices are genuinely withheld, not just visually hidden: they are never sent to the patient's browser at all, so nobody can dig them out of the page.

What does not change

• Patients still book normally and still pay any deposit or payment your policy requires. The deposit explanation wording adjusts so hidden treatment prices are not revealed at checkout.
• Your own team always sees full prices inside the app.

Treatments can also be marked as from a starting price on Settings > Treatments, which is a softer option: prices stay visible but are clearly indicative.
