Using Heidi (AI medical scribe) with AesthetiClinic
If your clinic subscribes to Heidi, you can bring that subscription into AesthetiClinic: practitioners capture consultation notes with Heidi's scribe and the finished note lands on the patient's record as a draft for review.
Connecting your Heidi account
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Configure Heidi (owners only).
- Paste your clinic's Heidi API key and use Test connection. The key is stored encrypted and is never shown again or sent to the browser.
- Before enabling, you will be asked to confirm an acknowledgement: Heidi processes patient data as your clinic's processor under your own agreement with Heidi, not as part of AesthetiClinic's.
How practitioners use it
During a consultation, start a scribe session from the treatment record screen. When Heidi finishes, the note arrives on the patient's record as a draft, clearly marked as Heidi-sourced. The practitioner must review and sign it, nothing is ever auto-signed, and AesthetiClinic never stores the audio.
Disconnecting
Remove the key in the same settings screen at any time. Notes already saved stay on your patients' records; new scribe sessions simply stop being available.
