Using a reviewed Heidi note in AesthetiClinic

Where things stand

If you prepare a note separately in Heidi, you can copy the text you have reviewed into a treatment record in AesthetiClinic. You need clinical access. The steps below cover that manual workflow.

Using a reviewed Heidi note

1. Open the correct patient's record in AesthetiClinic and confirm who they are.
2. Record and review the note in Heidi, following your clinic's usual consent process. Check medicines, doses, units and the agreed plan, and remove anything that was not discussed.
3. Copy the reviewed text. In AesthetiClinic, open the Clinical tab, find Treatment records, press Add record and paste it into Notes. Enter the Treatment name and choose the visit under For which visit?. If it is not linked to a visit, enter the Visit date. Record product, dose, batch and site in their own fields.
4. Press Save record, then reopen the record to check the note is on the right patient.

You remain responsible for checking the note and saving an accurate clinical record. Pasting the text does not save it until you press Save record.
