Finding and sharing your booking link

Your booking link is ready to copy whenever you need it, and there is a special version for Instagram that tags where the booking came from.

Where to find it

1. Go to Settings > Clinic.
2. Under Clinic details you will see Public booking page with your full link and a Copy button.
3. Below it is a separate Instagram booking link with its own Copy button.

The Instagram link

The Instagram version is the same page with tracking added, so taps from your bio show up tagged as Instagram in your booking analytics. Paste it into your Instagram bio link or your profile's Book button. Use the plain link everywhere else: your website, Google Business Profile, email signature and text messages.

Direct links to one treatment

You can also link straight to a single treatment. On Settings > Treatments, each treatment has its own Book link to copy. That takes the patient past the menu and straight to choosing a time for that treatment, which works well for a promotion on one specific service.

Your slug

The last part of the link is your clinic's slug, chosen during setup. It cannot be changed from the Clinic page, so the link you share stays stable.
