E-signatures on the patient's phone

Patients sign forms electronically, on their own phone or device, with no paper and no printing.

How it works

1. The patient opens the form link you sent.
2. They answer the questions.
3. At the end, they sign on the screen, typically by drawing their signature with a finger.
4. The signed form is saved straight to their record.

What is captured

The signature is recorded along with the exact version of the form the patient saw and a timestamp. Because versions are immutable, you can always show precisely what was agreed, when, and on which wording.

Why this matters

For an aesthetics clinic, a clear, dated, version-locked consent record is your best protection if a treatment is ever questioned. E-signatures give you that automatically, while saving the patient the hassle of paper forms in the waiting room.

In the clinic or at home

The same link works whether the patient completes it at home before the appointment or on a device you hand them at reception. Either way the signed form ends up in the same place.
