Conversion breakdowns: devices, sources, treatments and A/B tests

Below the funnel, the Conversion page breaks your booking-page traffic down so you can see who is coming, from where, and for what.

Visitors by device

How many sessions came from phones versus other devices. Most clinics find the overwhelming majority is mobile, which is worth remembering whenever you look at your own booking page on a desktop: your patients almost never see it that way.

Traffic by source

Where visitors came from, for example Instagram, Google or direct. This tells you which of your marketing channels actually delivers booking-page visits, so you can put your effort where the traffic is.

Top treatments

For each treatment: how many times it was viewed on the booking page, how many bookings it produced, and the resulting view-to-booking conversion. A treatment with lots of views but few bookings is a signal: the interest is there, so look at its price, deposit or description. A treatment nobody views may just need better promotion.

Experiments (A/B)

When a live test is running on your booking page, an Experiments section appears showing each variant with how many visitors reached it, submitted, confirmed, and its reached-to-confirmed rate. These are improvements being tested across the platform: winning versions roll out automatically, so your page keeps getting better without you doing anything. You do not set experiments up yourself; the section simply shows you what is being tested and how it is performing.

Who can see this

The Conversion page is owner-only. It sits alongside Campaigns as part of the growth toolkit rather than the day-to-day clinic view.
