Seeing your diary in Google or Outlook

You can view your AesthetiClinic diary alongside your personal calendar in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar using an ICS feed.

Finding your feed

Your ICS feed link lives on the Shifts page. An ICS feed is a read-only stream of your appointments that other calendar apps can subscribe to.

Subscribing

  1. Copy the ICS feed link from the Shifts page.
  2. In Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar, choose to add or subscribe to a calendar from a URL.
  3. Paste the link. Your appointments now appear in that calendar and refresh automatically.

This is one-way: the feed shows your appointments in your other calendar, but changes you make there do not flow back into AesthetiClinic.

If the link is ever shared by mistake

The feed link is a secret address; anyone with it can see your appointments. If you think it has leaked, regenerate it from the Shifts page. That immediately invalidates the old link, so any copy someone else has stops working, and gives you a fresh one to re-subscribe with.
