Seeing your diary in Google or Outlook

You can view your AesthetiClinic diary alongside your personal calendar in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar using an ICS feed. An ICS feed is a read-only stream of appointments that other calendar apps can subscribe to.

Finding your feed

Feed links live under Calendar feeds at the bottom of the Shifts page. You need access to Shifts to reach them. The clinic owner can see and manage all active team members' links; other team members can see and manage their own link. If a person has no link yet, press Generate feed link beside their name.

Subscribing

1. Press Copy beside the feed link you want.
2. In Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar, choose to add or subscribe to a calendar from a URL.
3. Paste the link. The appointments appear when your calendar app fetches the feed. The feed requests hourly refreshes, but the calendar app controls when it updates.

The feed includes that person's confirmed and completed appointments from the past 30 days through the next 180 days. Pending, cancelled and no-show appointments are excluded. Entries include the patient's name, treatment and phone number where recorded, so use a calendar account approved by your clinic.

This is one-way: the feed shows appointments in your other calendar, but changes you make there do not flow back into AesthetiClinic.

If the link is ever shared by mistake

The feed link is a secret address; anyone with it can see those appointments. If you think it has leaked, press Regenerate beside it on the Shifts page. That immediately invalidates the old link, so any copy someone else has stops working, and gives you a fresh one to re-subscribe with.
