Adding your verified-clinic badge to your website

Once your clinic is listed in the AesthetiClinic directory, you get a verified-clinic badge to add to your own website. It shows visitors you are a verified clinic and links them to your directory profile, where they can see your live prices and verified patient reviews.

Where to find the badge

  1. Go to Settings > Clinic and open the Online booking policy section.
  2. Make sure List my clinic in the AesthetiClinic directory is ticked. The badge only appears once your clinic is listed.
  3. You will see the badge image and a box headed Verified-clinic badge for your website, with a snippet of code beneath it.
  4. Click Copy to copy the code to your clipboard.

Pasting it into your website

The badge is a small piece of HTML, so it goes wherever your site builder lets you add an embed or custom HTML block. Most clinics add it to the footer so it appears on every page. The steps differ a little by builder:

  • Wix: add an Embed HTML element (Add > Embed Code > Embed HTML), then paste the code in.
  • Squarespace: add a Code block to your footer or a page section, and paste the code in.
  • WordPress: add a Custom HTML block (or a Custom HTML widget in your footer), then paste the code in.

Save and publish your site. The badge will show, and clicking it takes visitors to your AesthetiClinic profile. The code is a single link and image, so it is lightweight and will not slow your pages down. If you are not sure where your builder keeps its footer or embed options, your web designer can drop the code in for you in a couple of minutes.

Why it helps

Patients researching a clinic want reassurance before they book. The badge lets them confirm you are a real, verified clinic and click through to a page that always shows your current prices, opening hours and genuine patient reviews. Because those details come straight from your AesthetiClinic account, they are never out of date, and every button on your profile brings the patient back to your own booking page.

If you ever remove your directory listing, take the badge off your website too, as it links to a profile that will no longer be there.
