Results and expectations
RESULTS
Aesthetic treatments are elective procedures and individual results vary. Specific aesthetic outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Clients are responsible for following the aftercare advice provided. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect treatment results, recovery or the risk of complications.
REFUNDS
Due to the nature of prescription-only medicines and injectable treatments, refunds cannot be offered once treatment has been administered.
If you have concerns following treatment, a review appointment will be offered where clinically appropriate.
LIABILITY
Treatments are provided in accordance with applicable professional standards, regulatory guidance and clinical best practice.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, Momentum Aesthetics cannot accept responsibility for dissatisfaction arising from individual aesthetic preferences or biological variation, failure to achieve a particular desired result, complications arising from failure to follow aftercare advice, or adverse outcomes associated with relevant medical information that was not disclosed during consultation.
