Kayora Clinic : Booking & Cancellation Policy At Kayora Clinic, we understand that plans can change. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Consultation Fees A £75 consultation fee is payable at the time of booking. Where eligible, this fee may be credited towards treatment undertaken within 30 days of your consultation. Any applicable credit will be confirmed before booking. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled without an additional charge when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, subject to availability. Cancellations If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, your booking payment will be refunded in accordance with your statutory rights and the terms provided at booking. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments, we may retain a reasonable amount reflecting the losses caused by the late cancellation, where legally permitted. Our Commitment If Kayora Clinic needs to cancel your appointment, we will offer an alternative appointment or a full refund. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
