Our priority is to provide safe, responsible and medically supervised weight-management care. Terms: 1. Your monthly treatment fee is an inclusive fee.The cost includes your medication, medical review, prescribing, prescription processing and ongoing medical oversight of your treatment. The review appointment is not charged separately. 2. There is no “pen only” or reduced-cost option.The service is provided as a medically supervised treatment package. The cost therefore remains the same if you choose not to attend your scheduled review. 3. Medication cannot be prescribed or ordered without a review. A prescription will only be issued once your review has taken place, the doctor is satisfied that treatment is clinically appropriate, and payment has been received in full. 4. Please book your review in good time- at least 5 working days before your next treatment is required. This allows time for your prescription to be prepared and processed and for medication to be delivered. Appointments book up well in advance, so please consider upcoming holidays, work commitments etc when arranging your reviews. 5. If you miss your review, medication will not automatically be issued. A review must take place before treatment can be prescribed. This may result in an interruption/delay to your treatment. 6. Virtual reviews are intended for exceptional circumstances when patients cannot attend clinic, and remain subject to clinical suitability during clinic opening hours only. Please book a review appointment from the diary and then contact the clinic to arrange this to be performed virtually. Your treatment dose cannot be increased or medication changed if you have not attended a face to face review to have your measures checked in clinic. 7. If you require additional reviews in addition to the one offered monthly, a fee of £50 will apply. 8. The reservation fee is not refundable. Only with at least 72 hours’ notice, can this fee be transferred to another appointment.
