Information for you
Due to the medical nature of this service the following T&Cs will apply:
>The booking fee reserves your appointment and is non-refundable, but transferrable to another appointment if rescheduled with at least 72 hours' notice. >Non-attendance, cancellations, or rescheduling requests within 72 hours of the appointment will forfeit the booking fee as these appointments can not be offered to other patients. For further review another appointment will have to be booked by the patient and another booking fee applied. >Please allow up to 7 working days for the treatment pen to be delivered following your review- it is the patient's responsibility to ensure they book their reviews to accomodate this. Reviews may be conducted by video consultation; however, Dr. Victoria insists on at least one face-to-face review every 12 weeks to ensure your safety and well-being. It is the patient's responsibility to book reviews in a timely manner to avoid delays to treatment. Patients now must book their own appointments online themselves. The doctor will no longer be able to do this for you during your appointment. Please contact the clinic if you have any issues doing so and the reception team will be happy to assist you. If you arrive late for your appointment, we will use the remaining time to complete your consultation. We will not be able to run over your original appointment time, so please always leave plenty of time to park etc. Thank you for your understanding with this, as it enables us to continue to provide the very best, safest, ethical care for all our patients.
