Booking Reservation Fee A booking reservation fee is required to secure most appointments. This fee is non-refundable. Where more than 48 hours’ notice is provided, the fee may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment in accordance with the clinic’s rescheduling policy. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the booking reservation fee being retained. Failure to attend an appointment will result in the booking reservation fee being retained. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled if there is insufficient time to provide treatment safely. Consultation & Treatment Suitability All treatments are subject to individual assessment. A treatment may be postponed, modified or declined where it is considered unsuitable or not in your best interests. Where prescribing is required, appropriate consultation and assessment must take place before treatment. Medical Information You must provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding your medical history, medications, allergies and any changes to your health. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect your suitability for treatment. Age Requirement Aesthetics by Sandra provides aesthetic treatments to clients aged 18 years and over. Identification may be requested where appropriate. Results & Follow-up Individual responses and results vary and cannot be guaranteed. Recommended treatment plans, aftercare and review arrangements will be discussed as appropriate. Payment Any remaining treatment balance is payable in accordance with the clinic’s payment arrangements. Treatments or products requiring advance ordering or prescribing may require payment in full before an order is placed.
